Eyelid Centers of America is building a network of qualified oculofacial plastic surgeons and select facial plastic surgeons who want meaningful surgical work, strong local support, and more control over how they spend their professional time.

Mid-career
For a surgeon who is tired of carrying a full clinic and every administrative responsibility, the network can provide meaningful surgery with local teams supporting the surrounding workflow.
Later career
For a surgeon who wants to slow down without stopping completely, selected travel blocks can preserve the part of practice that remains rewarding while creating room for teaching, mentorship, and life outside the office.
How participation works
You focus on the specialty work. The local team keeps the market moving.
Each market is different, and final participation depends on credentialing, state requirements, facilities, and the surgeon’s preferred schedule.
Focused blocks
Surgeons participate in selected communities on a regular schedule—often a focused block of two or three days per month or every other month, depending on the market.
Local support
Local PAs, nurses, and administrative teams support evaluation, scheduling, coordination, and postoperative follow-up between visiting surgeon blocks.
Less overhead
You do not have to build an entire local clinic, referral network, or administrative infrastructure in every community where you want to operate.
Flexible structure
Participation may be structured as independent-contractor, PRN, or travel coverage. Compensation, travel, and clinical-day expectations are discussed individually.
Who we are looking for
Specialists who care about doing the work well.
We are primarily interested in fellowship-trained oculofacial plastic surgeons who are board-certified or board-eligible and want a focused, professionally supported way to serve selected communities.
Qualified ENT facial plastic surgeons may also be considered when their practice is principally or exclusively focused on oculofacial procedures.
